DAILY HOUSEKEEPING (Monday to Friday) possible weekend/evening work also available.

9:00 a.m. 6:00 p.m.

Cleaning and maintenance of entire home on a daily basis (dusting, vacuuming and mopping).

All surfaces dusted in all rooms and items placed back in their respective areas.

Organize bedrooms, toys, nightstands, kids play areas

Making beds (all rooms) daily.

Washing of bed linens (each room 1/week and ironing as necessary.

Master bedroom linens are sent to dry cleaners weekly (new set is in laundry room).

All closets and shoes and areas as well behind clothes and shoes are kept dust free.

Clean bathroom daily, remove dirty towels and replace with fresh ones (2 per person, 1 hand towel,1 washcloth).

Make sure bathmat is cleaned as needed (weekly or bi-weekly).

Keep vanity organized and inside drawers and hairbrush is removed of excess hair on a regular basis.

Organize toiletries in shower are placed nicely with labels facing forward.

Shower floors are cleaned and fixtures are polished.

Toilets are disinfected, and entire toilet is wiped down with paper towels.

Mirrors, shower doors, door handles wiped of any spots, soap, fingerprints.

Replace toilet paper as needed and leave two extra rolls in cabinets.

Light fixture switches kept clean.

Interior doors and hallway doors, elevator door and buttons are free of fingerprints.

Daily laundry of all 5 clothes hampers in all restrooms and master closet.

Return all clothes to each closet and drawers and organized by color when placed away and master closet kept in organized order and the system is kept daily.

Shoes are returned to closets.

Ironing of clothes as needed (pajamas, shirts; pants; school uniforms and steam ironing of the high-end garments).

Washing and ironing of formal dining linens and not folded and laid flat and placed in buffet chest for chef and assistant to prepare for evening dinner parties (at times we will be required to work in evening).

Wash and fold of chefs aprons, dish towels and cleaning towels and place in chef’s kitchen.

Shining of silver cutlery as needed and prior to Shabbat.

Laundry room kept organized and cleaned.

Empty daily the water from iron and steamer.

Sofas and pillows fluffed daily and in order (upstairs and downstairs.

Stairwell is cleaned all 3 levels as well as bicycle area on pool level and chefs area.

Refrigerator, oven and microwave kept clean.

All glass cabinet doors spot cleaned of fingerprints upstairs kitchen and downstairs.

Trash area in both levels kept clean and trash thrown away daily

Water kept filled in coffee machine and emptied of coffee pods.

Toaster is kept clean.

Kitchen cabinets wiped down inside and out, kept organized and restocked.

Refrigerators upstairs and downstairs kept clean and well stocked with beverages (labels facing forward in same direction.

Check for expired items and toss.

If items are running low, please advise house manager what needs replacing.

Replace fresh flowers and water as required.

Enter dry cleaning and mail delivery from service corridor and leave outgoing dry cleaning in hallway for pick up by butler.

On a rare occasion we may have to walk the small dog in case his walker or the house manager is out. Dog water bowl kept fresh.

Should there be additional requests it will be in your scope of work as requested by family and staff.

We will be required to dress in jeans or slacks and a solid colored shirt and sneakers or work shoes.

We will be discreet and use soft inside voice, will not discuss about the family, no photographs will be taken and non-disclosure agreement will be provided for your signature.
