We care deeply about our employees & our clients. The Maids of Maricopa is looking for a trustworthy, dedicated worker, qualified to join our Premier Cleaning Team!

Full Time M-F 8-4:30. We also offer Part Time Positions must be able to work 9-2 at least two days a week. No Nights or Weekends!

Team Members Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (Not required, but preferred)
• Enjoy working with others in a team environment
• Take pride in making a home clean, , healthy, and appealing
• Ability to follow established housekeeping standards and procedures
• A strong work ethic (we scrub floors & carry vacuum backpacks)
• Authorized to work in the United States and willing to undergo a federally approved background check

Driver Requirements:

• Have a valid US driver’s license
• Clean driving & criminal record

All applicants will be required to provide Employee Eligibility documentation and pass background checks including: previous employment, professional/personal reference checks, criminal history, and pass a substance abuse test.

Starting Pay Rate(s):

$13.85 - $15.50 per hour (Depending on qualifications)

Additional Pay:

• Tips (range from $15 - $100 for each member, depending on the client. We clean between 3-5 homes Per Team / Per Day)
• Bonuses

Additional Information:

• Open to applicants who do not have a high school diploma/GED
• A good fit for applicants with gaps in their resume, or who have been out of the workforce for the past 6 months or more
• A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education
• Open to applicants who do not have a college diploma

Experience:

• Continuous work: 1 year (Preferred)
• Leadership & Customer Service Experience
• Cleaning Experience not necessary but Preferred
