NIGHT AUDITOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Follow the End of Day / Night Audit Checklist
• Post charges to the guest accounts that have not been posted or were incurred on the night audit shift.
• Verifies all account postings and balances.
• Verifies that room rates are correct.
• Prepares a summary of cash, check, and credit card activities.
• Summarizes results of operations for management.
• Shut down indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs at closing time.
• Serve at small bar in lobby's lounge and shut down at appropriate time.
• Prepare conference room for following day meetings or parties, as needed.
• Balance the day’s charges, making corrections as necessary.
• Performs wake-up calls.
• Run end of day process.
• Respond to guest needs, special requests and complaints and alert the manager as needed.
• Understand and knows how to perform check-in and check-out procedures.
• Answer occasional phone calls.
• Must comply with company policies.

Seasonal position mid-April thru mid-November. Full Time position available.

Must have reliable transportation and exceptional attendance.

Must be 18 years or older.
