The Doorperson provides excellent customer service to our guests. Work for a Company with growth opportunities in an exciting and dynamic customer service environment.
What we are looking for:
- We are looking to bring on a dynamic individual with great customer service. The doorperson will be required to work evenings 3PM-11PM, weeknights and weekends. Please include your availability when you apply!
What you will be doing:
- Greet guests upon arrival and departure.
- Open lobby doors and assist guests with luggage to and from valet drive or bell area to the hotel lobby or to guest rooms where applicable.
- Inform guests of property amenities, services and hours of operation and local areas of interest and activities.
- Assist with arranging transportation (e.g. taxi, limo, Uber, Shuttle, etc.)
What we are looking for:
- An outgoing and enthusiastic personality
- A willingness to do whatever it takes to earn a "Thank You"
- Great communication skills
- Availability to work flexible shifts/hours, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift 25 lbs.
