Required Qualifications:
Requires a minimum of two years previous custodial and grounds experience - one year previous lead or supervisory experience is desirable.- Requires the ability to move objects weighing up to fifty pounds.
- Ability to read basic operating instructions and write reports. Demonstrated aptitude for the successful completion of tasks.
- Must be able to climb a six ft ladder.
- Be a high school graduate or have passed the recognized equivalency examination for GED.
- Must be competent, after suitable instruction, in the proper use of chemicals and compounds used in the custodial program.
