Job description
Nordic lawns is looking for a gardener. We don't necessarily need a master gardener, but do need someone with some experience and knowledge. Job entails meeting with customers, spring bed cleanouts, spring/summer planting, summer/fall maintenance, and fall bed prep. This is a full time position, but you make your own hours!
Job starts early May and continues into September/October depending on weather. Must have your own reliable transportation with insurance for use to and from the job sites. Pay is based on a percentage for every billable hour we bill to the customer. A bonus is also accumulated all summer and will be paid mid-November if position requirements are fulfilled. This bonus equates to about $3 per every hour worked all summer. $27 per hour plus bonus! For a possible combined of $30 per hour total compensation.
