Job Overview:

This is a 6-month contract assignment for a Full Stack Developer. The consultant will design and implement a new web front end user interface for existing SQL Server database archives. The new user interface will service both SQL server archives for authorized users and replace existing methods of access.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide consultation as to technology used for the architecture and framework for the user interface. Allow simple SQL access for select users to use their saved SQL queries.
• Build inquiries and reports to replace the targeted application inquiry pages from the existing application. Update and migrate the existing imaging file stream data and web site to interact with the new user interface.
• Build a non-proprietary, open solution. The client prefers open frameworks such as ASP.NET that do not require annual licensing or acquisition costs.

Local Candidates in the Central Ohio area. The consultant may be required to be onsite a couple of days per week.

Requirements:

• At least eight (8) years of related technical experience, with software design, development, and implementation
• Experience with front-end technologies and single-page applications (Angular, JavaScript,

TypeScript) Familiarity with XML, JSON, PowerBI batch scripting.

• Experience with .NET, C#, [website] MVC framework, .NET web APIs
• Skills on Database design, table, views creation, SQL server, writing SQL scripts, stored procedures, creating SQL Jobs etc. optimizing queries. Should be able to work with different rest

APIs and consuming the data, make GET, PUT, POST calls

• Experience with agile and/or DevOps processes and tools (e.g., JIRA, Smartsheet)
• Ability to translate software requirements into working and maintainable solutions within the existing application frameworks.

• Excellent knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL), SQL, and PL/SQL Excellent skills in DB schema design and SQL development.
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Government experience preferred
