• Clearly educates patients about the connection between dental hygiene and overall health
• Is kind but clear with patients to maintain consistent, productive hygiene schedules
• Schedules effectively for hygiene production and collects for services as rendered
• Comfortably establishes rapport by phone
• Creates and maintains an accurate and effective hygiene recall system
• Communicates concisely and clearly (written and verbal)
• Prioritizes professionalism and service
• Promotes an exceptional patient experience
• Fosters a positive rapport with doctors, patients, staff, community
• Adapts effectively to change (welcomes opportunities to grow and improve)
• Actively contributes to the success of the team
• Has a working understanding of clinical dentistry
