We are currently looking to add team members to our front desk staff. The following is required to apply for the position:

-Must be at least 18 years or older to apply

-Customer Service Experience (Preferred but not required)

-Basic Computer Knowledge (Microsoft/Excel/Etc.)

-Must be able to work weekends/holidays

-Open availability preferred (Available to pick up overtime hours/ different shifts)

-Reliable form of transportation

-Team Player

-Multi Tasker

Job Description:

As a front desk receptionist, you are responsible for the following:

-Welcome guests, check them in, distribute room keys and explain the hotel’s amenities

-Manage reservations made online, by phone and in person

-Process guests payments

-Answer phones, give directions and answer questions about the local area.

-Light Cleaning/ Daily to do list

-Disinfecting/ Sanitizing per health department guidelines (CDC)

-Room checks

-Property Check

-Running the night audit

Job Types: Part-time

Pay: $15.50 per hour / Holiday Pay Available

COVID-19 considerations:
All customers that are not vaccinated are required to wear face masks inside the lobby. Night window can be utilized for all those that decline to wear one to reduce contact.
