In this position, you are the front line of our client’s experience. It is a position with high visibility and you will be directly interacting with our client base. The Front Desk Agent is responsible for general office duties such as answering phones, greeting guests and maintaining a neat and clean appearance at all times. This position requires the ability to work independently and is a perfect opportunity for an individual who is looking to establish an excellent working relationship with our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Answer the phone in a pleasant and professional way.
- Answer questions about company services and fees.
- Answer questions about the company's history and philosophy.
- Assist customers with billing issues.
- Greet customers in a professional manner.
- Give new customers a tour of the office.
- Establish a professional working relationship with customers.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
