Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Greets everyone that enters the clubhouse and provides direction and guidance as necessary
- Ensures that all vendors log in and out
- Acts as a liaison between residents and management
- Fields residents questions and concerns
- Assist new residents, and ensure data is entered into Vantaca
- Maintain updated welcome information
- Provide new owner orientation
- Distribute welcome information and make available online
- Notify appropriate Board/Committee of new members
- Introduce new residents to GM
- Answering phone and monitoring emails
- Coordination of services with Maintenance
- Enter work orders
- Assist residents with Lease/Resale Application
- Distribute gate entry barcodes
- Requests for Association Governing Documents:
- Accept reservation forms for clubhouse use and provide the owner with a copy of the clubhouse reservation rules
- Special Projects, Emergency Alerts, and mass
