Cooper Farms is a family-owned farm and food company based in Northwest Ohio for 85 years. Our St. Henry Processing plant in Mercer County, Ohio, prepares the turkeys for further processing and distribution. Cooper Farms is currently seeking 3rd shift Food Processing team members to join our team in St. Henry.

SHIFT HOURS: Sunday through Thursday 9:00pm-4:30am

STARTING HOURLY RATE: $17.00 with the potential of increasing to $17.75 after 90 days

PERKS: Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonusesAll training will be provided. Job functions include:

Evisceration Production

• Performing all job functions which would involve different functions of harvesting a turkey.
• Reworking any product that does not run through properly.
• Wearing all required PPE and rotating with other team members as directed.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age
• Ability to be on feet for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to tolerate cold (approximately 42 degrees Fahrenheit) environment.
