Finance Associate

InstaCredit Automart in Collinsville, IL is seeking a full-time Finance Associate to join our team ASAP!

Job Qualifications:

Must be proficient in basic personal computing skills with the ability to work between multiple Windows applications. Prior experience working in an office environment is preferred. Must be detail oriented and available to work during hours of operation: 9am-7pm Monday-Saturday. Schedule will be coordinated with other employees to allow off Sunday and one other day.

Primary Responsibilities:

Prepare financial and legal documents to finalize vehicle sales within company parameters.

Complete documents to submit to state motor vehicles department.

Timely processing of legal notifications, repossession processing, and assisting with management of GPS/payment reminder devices.

Prioritize responsibilities and maintain attention to detail while working as part of a team in a fast-paced professional environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
