Position Details:

Summary of Duties:

The position will be responsible for supervising food preparation workers, delivery drivers, cash counter, coordination of inventory levels (puffy cans), warehouse sales, customer services, assistance to the sales supervisor, and cleaning and sanitation for the WSU Creamery. The duties of the position include, but are not limited to: providing customer service, restocking supplies, providing coverage for the supervisor when unavailable, opening/closing store, leading student and hourly employees; cleaning sales area and equipment, transporting and stocking cheese, and other duties as required.

Required Qualifications:

Associate Degree in food service management, nutritional care or related field OR two years of experience in institution or restaurant preparing or serving food ; OR equivalent education/experience.
  • Must have or be able to obtain at the time of hire a valid unrestricted driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in supervising hourly paid workers
  • Experience in Customer Service
  • Experience in Cash handling

Monthly Salary:

Range 39 $ 3,167.00 to $4,216.00 ( A - M )

Successful candidates typically begin at the beginning of the salary range and receive scheduled salary increment increases in accordance with WAC 357-28 OR applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement.
