We sell the finest new pianos and rebuilt vintage Steinways in the world out of the most elegant showrooms in the country, and we are looking to fill a Full Time position of Executive/Showroom Assistant, working in our Melville, NY showroom.

We are looking for a personable, very well-organized, energetic, dependable, multi-talented individual who will work directly with the VP of Sales at our Long Island showroom. This is a diverse and fast paced job where you must wear several hats each day: customer service rep, receptionist, sub-contractor coordinator, data entry specialist, delivery coordinator, as well as perform general showroom maintenance. Your primary role will be to work with clients post sale: write invoices, schedule deliveries, and collect payments. You will have a handful of secondary responsibilities that change daily.

The ideal candidate has top notch computer skills, stellar communication skills (phone, written and in person), is detail oriented, and can work well with our entire staff and discerning clientele. Candidates must also play the piano and/or have a musical background, as this position will eventually lead to becoming a piano sales associate. Additional languages spoken should be noted on your resume.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
