Our clients include aggregators integrating hundreds of brands aboard and brands generating new hero SKUs. Our unique methodology enables our clients to achieve measurable bottom-line boost, instant cost saving, JIT inventory management, sourcing geo-resilience, quantitively predictable quality control, sourcing IT and process integration, and FX risk hedging.

We have immediate opportunities in our sales team, perfect for those who are ambitious to make an impact to how things are being done in the midst of the current e-commerce/DTC wave. When you join, you will constantly challenge yourself by asking what Linton’s core competence can address each client’s unique pain points. This is not a typical sales position, but a highly self-motivated intrapreneur role within an agile and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, confident, and client-focused individual to develop and utilize sales skills, and most importantly, to maximize his/her potential in a rapid-growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify target client segments with high potential growth by researching and investigating public and proprietary data.
  • Build in-depth relationships with new and existing customers to generate sustainable sales results.
  • Communicate with customers and support staff to develop competitive and creative customer solutions.
  • Ability to communicate with clients at both individual seller and aggregator executive levels.
  • Quick learner, self-motivated with a strong client-centric mindset.
  • Ability to travel for meetings and trade shows.
  • Manage transition of sales leads to our operations team.
  • Meticulous record keeping.
  • Work directly with the Director of Business Development to implement marketing and sales strategies to convert leads to customers.
  • Learn and execute proven strategies to nurture and close leads.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Quick and flexible learner.
  • Confident, able to think on the fly.
  • Great team player with external customers and internal teams.
  • Quick learner, problem-solving, and result-driven.
  • Optimistic and motivated to succeed.
  • MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • College-level writing ability.
