Job Description:

Role is 50% onsite (Hybrid)

Comments: Based on performance and business needs, possible extension

Documentation Management Specialist

This is a Hybrid 50/50 Role Work Schedule: Mon - Fri, Business Hours

Docs is an initiative to enhance the enterprise management of controlled documents by moving from several document management systems into a unified solution within Veeva Vault.

Support following activities related to Docs project:

  • New System prototype testing

  • User Acceptance testing

  • Migration mapping from current system to Docs

  • Migration verification activities

  • Assist with training activities

  • Draft new procedures, update existing procedures

  • Integration of specifications

  • Document management experience in a systems related environment.

  • Experience with IT related project activities (Migration verification, User Acceptance testin

  • Change management experience.

  • Ability to set priorities and deliver results independently.

  • Organization awareness and ability to work well cross-functionally with IT, etc.

  • Detail-oriented with a quality mindset.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • MS Office experience.

  • Excellent meeting facilitation and project management skills.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry or related field.

  • Document management experience in a systems related environment.

  • Experience with IT related project activities (Migration verification, User Acceptance testing)

  • Change management experience.

  • Ability to set priorities and deliver results independently.

  • Organization awareness and ability to work well cross-functionally with IT, etc.

  • Detail-oriented with a quality mindset.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • MS Office experience.

  • Excellent meeting facilitation and project management skills.
