The Cyclops support specialist acts as a product expert and as a point of escalation. Some
responsibilities include
- Become a product expert on proprietary systems
- Serve as a point of escalation once initial troubleshooting has been completed
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to alleviate technical obstacles
- Work as part of a team to maintain administrative tasks
- Image and build servers
- Maintain adequate levels of workable inventory
- Communicate effectively with multiple types of stakeholders
- Various responsibilities may arise
- Onsite at our corporate office 2‐3 days per week
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Proven experience as a computer technician or similar role
- Basic knowledge of hardware imaging and configuration
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts and application
- Exceptional organization and time‐management skills
- Proven experience in a Customer Service environment
- Developed troubleshooting skills
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Proactive critical thinking skills
- Experience working with ticketing systems

This is a hybrid role, with several days working from home and several days working in our
corporate office in Irving, TX.
