Job description

Cutpad tech will prepare parts that need dismantling and or cutting into specified pieces by our body shop and mechanical repair customers.
Essential Job Duties:

• Analyze and verification of correct instructions to provide the product to customers or company

• Perform functions of removing and cutting body parts from the vehicle with the use of hand tools, either mechanical or manual

• Prepare by tagging and/or marking and placing respective parts in the proper location for either shipping or inventory in the warehouse.

• Maintain a clean safe work environment

• Utilization of required Personal Safety equipment at all times

• Perform other duties as deemed appropriate by supervision.

Basic Qualifications
Education & Experience: High School or GED equivalent or working prior knowledge of automobile disassembly with the use of hand tools, either mechanical or manual.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Analyze work orders or cut sheets as prepared by the company or customer to insure proper removal of requested items from the vehicle.
Essential Physical Demands/Work Environment: Safely perform duties in elements of climate either cold or warm, possibly dusty environment. Ability to physically lift a minimum of 70 lbs without the use of additional help.
Preferred Qualifications: Prior and verifiable experience with automobiles and the essential elements of automobiles. Mechanical or Technical training relevant to automobile parts and structure is preferred.
