Customer Support Coordinator Job Summary - Part-time

We’re hiring for a dynamic, part-time (approx. 30 hours), customer support coordinator to help bring the JOLLY TIME brand to the next level. In this role, you will manage all customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.

Customer Support Qualifications

• A minimum on one year of proven customer service experience dealing with customer by phone or e-mail
• Ability to learn and maintain expert knowledge about company products and services to best help customers
• High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
• Familiarity with web platforms, email systems, social media, and brand identity
• Must possess excellent communication skills
• Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset; strong conflict resolution
• A strong work ethic
• Patience and time management
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
