Partners Personnel is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a Logistic Solutions facility located in the city of Buena Park, CA.
Monday Through Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
Requirements for the Customer Service Rep:
- Must pass background check.
- Must pass Drug Screen
- Ability to answer a high volume of calls and/ or emails daily.
- Attentiveness and patience.
- Multitasking and organizational skills.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Rep:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Processing orders, forms and request.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
