Local delivery driver located in Urbandale, Iowa area needed. We are an independent courier for DHL Express looking for a motivated individual willing to commit to a team atmosphere. This position completes delivery and pickups of packages on an assigned route. The route area is generally a zip code or series of towns. Couriers use a hand-held electronic scanner to record pick-up and delivery information. You will work independently, while following established guidelines and procedures, while on your delivery route which will include businesses and residential areas. Your ability to work under the pressure of deadlines, adhere to safety standards and to provide excellent customer service will key to your success. The job requires the physical ability to lift up to 70 pounds occasionally and 40 pounds regularly.

Must have a clean driving record, pass a background check, pre employment drug screening and a DOT physical to obtain a medical DOT card.

Company van and uniforms provided, health benefits after 60 days. Guaranteed 40 hours per week. Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check. Must have clean driving record. Pay commensurate with experience. Please respond with resume and contact information.
