Overview:
Are you a recent graduate from an accredited 4-year college or university who is considering a career as a Paralegal or going to law school? Then look no further, as the Orlando Office of Nelson Mullins, a national, AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking qualified applicants for a Corporate Analyst position working directly with Attorneys and Paralegals in the Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions practice and the Public Finance, Infrastructure, and Capital Projects practice.

A Day in the Life:
Working with a collaborative team, your day-to-day responsibilities will include: basic document drafting, revision and preparation; researching corporate records in a variety of jurisdictions, conducting research as necessary, and analyzing market data; maintaining and filing corporate documents with local, State and Federal Agencies; handling advanced administrative duties to support the legal team in its day to day activities in a wide variety of legal areas; and effectively communicating with clients and attorneys at all levels.

You have the ability to meet deadlines and adapt quickly to changing timeframes with minimal supervision. Your proficiency in prioritizing, managing tasks, and handling a variety of demands is matched by your ability to problem solve and communicate with all levels of personnel and to document and present information to attorneys. You are highly motivated, organized, detail-oriented, efficient, and have the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Ability to work overtime to accommodate projects as needed

Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Education or experience in business is a plus
