With over 110 years in business in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, Journey Construction, a division of Journey Group, is growing and seeking a knowledgeable Superintendent to join our team to provide on-site coordination for all phases of commercial construction projects. This Superintendent opportunity will be a part of our Special Projects business unit, which largely focuses on interior renovation projects for commercial businesses, as well as healthcare projects in and around Sioux Falls, SD. The Superintendent is a key leadership role responsible for planning and coordinating all labor, materials, and equipment required to complete the project. Qualified candidates will have:

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Construction Management.
• At least 5 years' experience in construction. Hands on experience in a commercial setting is preferred.
• Strong problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills.
• Professional communication skills a must!
• Valid driver's license and evidence of insurability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and mobile technologies.
