Miller Brother Staffing Solutions is seeking qualified candidates for a CNC Boring Lathe and Mill position with and Erie, PA based company. This is a 1st shift position with a competitive pay rate.
Boring Lathe and Mill Machinist
Shift: 7am-3pm Monday through Thursday: 6am-2pm Friday
Pay Range: $19.96-$22.04/hour
***Candidate must pass a drug screen, pass a pre-employment physical and be open to a criminal background check***
Duties
- CNC Boring Lathe and Mill Machine Operation-Drilling, boring and honing of manufactured product of varying lengths and with ID's ranging from 10 to 18 inch bore diameters.
- Must drill and bore the holes to the specified tolerances
- Perform Job Set-up
- Off-sets
- Editing
- Minor programming
- Fixturing
- Blueprint reading
- Use of precision measuring devices
Qualifications
- Trade school certificate in CNC Machining Technologies
- CNC Machining experience
- Must be able to read blueprints
- Must be able to use precision measuring devices
- High School Diploma or GED
