Job description
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with stakeholders to understand clinical study data aggregation requirements.
- Use the analytics platform to set up the study for the processing of data from source and/or systems.
- Load data from EDC, and extract into the analytics platform map to SDTM and/or other custom data formats
- Understand the protocol and eCRF document and prepare the SDTM specification.
- Interact with the study team to understand the study requirements.
- Understand and identify data loading options with FTP/SFTP processes.
- Create and maintain documentation on development work and mapping logic.
- Help with the deployment of solutions across environments.
- Monitor deployed solutions in production environment.
- Build visual charts and dashboard using one or more BI tools (including Tableau) based on client requirement.
- Carry out testing of Tableau graphs.
- 7+ years of experience in clinical ETL programming
- Experience with SDTM and ETL Transformation
- Be analytical, inventive, innovative, solution-oriented, and resourceful.
- Strong transversal collaboration skills to ensure appropriate business interaction with various global and regional departments and functions.
