Clinical Leader - Part time 32 hours - TUESDAY THROUGH FRIDAY 3P-11;30P

Primary Responsibilities:

• Our evening shift nursing staff is looking for an energetic, positive, knowledgeable and skilled nurse leader to provide support and guidance. Acute care experience is required. The evening shift team of nurses, nursing assistants, and respiratory therapists are a very committed and cohesive group that relish in the success of making a huge difference in the well-being of our patients.
• The Clinical Leader works in tandem with the house supervisor to provide support to the team. This role assists with identifying patient care needs and can assist and coach our staff to provide the best patient care.
• Our patient population is diverse, offering care givers great opportunities to use their knowledge and skills to make a big difference. The average length of stay 15 to 25 days allows for the team to see the patient's make tremendous gains and see many of them return home.
• New employees are provided a comprehensive orientation.
• Additional training is provided to allow employees to achieve competence in Basic Cardiac Arrhythmia Interpretation, IV and Phlebotomy Skills and ACLS.

Prerequisites:

• Graduate from an accredited program required.
• Current License to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Acute care experience preferred.
• Current Certification in BLS

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $31.01 - $44.79 per hour
