This Client Services Specialist role, located in our New London office, will include processing Personal Health Information (PHI) and Medical Records release, managing communication, faxing letters and documents, validation of client forms, additional office support, and other tasks as assigned.

Summary of Requirements:

Excellent customer service and phone skills

Computer skills including Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Word and Excel

Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and collaborative abilities

Able to work independently with little supervision and also able to work

This position will be in our New London, NH, location.
