Job Description

As a Client Engagement and Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional client service and supporting the smooth operations of the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include receiving calls, appointment setting, taking messages, electronic filing of documents with the court, uploading documents to trustees, conducting internet searches, and providing billing support. Your attention to detail, bilingual communication skills, and alignment with our core values will contribute to creating a positive and efficient client experience.

Responsibilities:

• Bilingual Communication: Effectively communicate with clients and colleagues in both English and Spanish, providing a personalized and comprehensive experience.
• Empathetic Client Service: Provide excellent service to existing clients with empathy and understanding. Receive and handle incoming calls, ensuring professional and friendly assistance to clients. Set appointments and maintain an organized schedule. Build rapport, address client needs effectively, and provide empathetic support.
• Appointment and Message Management:Scheduling appointments and maintaining an organized schedule. Take accurate and detailed messages, promptly delivering them to the appropriate team members.
• Electronic Document Filing: Electronically file legal documents with the court, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and attention to detail.
• Document Uploads: Upload documents to trustees or other relevant platforms, maintaining proper organization and record-keeping.
• Internet Searches: Conduct internet searches to gather information relevant to client cases or operational needs.
• Billing Support: Assist in billing processes, including generating invoices, tracking payments, and addressing billing inquiries.
