Civil Engineer : Land Development - Full time
Location: Charlotte, NC, AND Raleigh NC AND Chesapeake NC
Annual Salary Range (based on experience): $70K+
Required Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of design experience in civil engineering.
- Strong proficiency in CADD/Civil 3D software.
- A bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a similar field.
- Preferably, a Professional Engineer (PE) license or currently obtaining one.
- Experience in civil drafting, specifically in road plans, commercial site plans, and residential subdivisions, including grading and drainage plans, utility plans, and site layout plans.
