This will be a crossed trained position with front and back office duties.

Responsibilities:

• greeting patients with a smile
• answering phones
• scheduling appointments
• taking payments
• managing patient electronic health records
• entering insurance and billing information
• managing stock and inventory orders
• new patient intakes, history and vitals
• assisting doctor managing patient flow
• preping patients for their treatments
• assisting laser therapy
• keeping a tidy work space and office
