We're looking for an enthusiastic individual to provide excellent customer service and guide customers through one-of-a-kind DIY experiences.
Retail, marketing, and customer service experience are highly recommended for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Host DIY candle and soap-making workshops that last 1-2 hours.
- Possess excellent public speaking skills, good interpersonal skills, and a problem-solving attitude.
- Discover our fragrances and create new scents for candle and soap-making.
- Provide a friendly welcome to customers. Approach customers when they need assistance and provide them with remarkable customer service.
- Must have fun while assisting customers.
Schedule:
- Must have open availability and willingness to work nights and weekends.
- Part-time with flexible hours.
