OVERVIEW:
The Cash Management Analyst position with responsibilities in both Cash Management Sales and Support. This position is responsible for identifying and meeting the needs of the Bank’s Cash Management clients. The Cash Management Analyst will assist in the delivery of complete and timely client documentation for the setup of products. Also, they will be a key contact for our Cash Management clients. The analyst will have a broad knowledge of our products in order to deliver timely resolution to client needs and concerns.
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
All associates of the Bank regardless of title or responsibilities must share a common commitment to creating and expanding the LifeDesign Culture of the Bank through building relationships, providing a seamless client experience at every touch point, ensuring the customers best interests, and increasing customer value at every opportunity.
- Cash Management Sales & Service:
1. Assist in meeting deposit goals.
2. Demonstrate proficiency in sales of all Cash Management products.
3. Evaluate and present Cash Management product recommendations to provide customized solutions and deepen clients’ relationships.
4. Create and analyze existing client data to identify cross-sell opportunities. Client calling efforts will be used to explore client interest. Assist Sales with management of pipeline and ensure services and pricing are set up timely and accurately.
- Cash Management Support:
1. Provide the highest level of customer service in a positive, caring, courteous and enthusiastic manner.
2. Distribute and collect completed cash management implementation packages and other supporting documentation from clients.
3. Ensure documents are directed to appropriate internal departments for completion of the setup.
4. Screen client documents for accuracy and completeness, provide follow-up
contact as necessary.
5. Perform OFAC search as required.
6. Interface with other departments (ex. Operations and Cash Management Client Services) in order to resolve client issues in a timely fashion, to the customers’ satisfaction.
7. Remain in compliance with all required policies, procedures and regulatory training.
8. Other duties as required.
Requirements:
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- A college degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- 3+ years of general banking experience.
- 2+ years of cash management or related banking experience.
- An understanding of sales process.
- Knowledge of business cash flow cycles, business operations, and ACH rules and regulations (NACHA).
- Top-notch customer service and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced computer skills, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and CRM applications.
- Self-starter who takes initiative and strives to build relationships.
