Job Summary

G2 Secure Staff is looking to hire a Cargo Service Agent to manage logistics for mail carriers and package delivery services. Take orders directly from customers and arrange shipments other by ground, air or rail. Such agents often serve as the point of contact between customers and freight companies, ensuring that all items are delivered and helping customers calculate shipping costs. The Cargo Service Agent will also work within the G2 Secure Staff warehouse operating a forklift and performing tasks such as loading and unloading of cargo (mail, express, baggage, freight, and company material) on and off aircraft; the transporting of cargo between terminals and aircraft; the ramp transfers of cargo where required; the receiving, delivering, and physical handling of freight and company material, export at the designated express docks, mail and baggage in the outbound baggage room; the completion of forms and messages related to and necessary for the performance of the designated locations of the functions described.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Computer Skills and Usage (Required)
• Customer Service Skills highly preferred
• Must be 18 years or older required
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid/Active Driver’s License required
