• $18-$21 per hour.
• NO PHARMACY EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
• This can be a fully remote position OR Hybrid. Candidates must reside in the state of Georgia, Florida, Texas, New Jersey or Pennsylvania only. Headquarters located at 414 Commerce Dr Fort Washington, PA 19034
• Candidate must provide their own equipment (computer) if fully remote
• Schedule: Monday - Friday 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM with rotating, half-day Saturdays (11:00 AM - 3:00 PM)

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service via phone to ensure patient satisfaction
• Verify patient information (demographics, health history, current medications, allergies) in computer software
• Work directly with other team members including other customer service representatives, pharmacists, and management to provide accurate information and excellent customer service.
• Respond to patient questions knowledgeably and efficiently, referring to the correct department as appropriate
• Project a positive attitude and enhance each and every patient's experience with Advanced Rx

Requirements:

• Must have Call Center experience
• Must have experience working in a remote setting
• Ability to navigate efficiently on computer programs (Google Suite and other computer applications)
• No pharmacy experience required
• Available shifts:
  • Monday through Friday
    
    • 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
    • 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
  • This shift comes with rotating Saturdays from 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM
