Qualifications

· Sales Experience (i.e., Retail Sales, Insurance, Call Center)

· Excellent Written and Verbal Communication

· Demonstrates persuasiveness and negotiation skills

· Strong customer service skills

· Experience in developing a strong product knowledge as well as customer knowledge

· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

· Data entry skills are essential with the ability to type a minimum of 50 words per minute with a 95% accuracy rate

Preferred experience

· 1-2 years previous experience in insurance, sales or as a Customer Service Representative in a Call Center

· CRM Applications Experience (Preferred, i.e salesforce)

· Strong background in call-center environment (Preferred)

· Property and Casualty license

· Life and Health license

· Bilingual (Spanish)

Compensation:

First year agents are expected to make $67,110.00+ with commissions and overtime included.

Pay: $47,171.00 - $72,712.00 per year
