Orthopedic & Sports Institute, the Fox Valley’s top choice for orthopedic careers and care, is looking for a full-time Business Office Manager. The Surgery Center Business Office is open Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm. Some flexibility is presumed to accommodate the needs of our surgery schedules.

The Business Office Supervisor assumes supervisory responsibility for the front office staff, surgery schedulers, concierges, and the business office functions. These responsibilities include medical records, HIPAA compliance, credentialing, registration, and financial procedures. The Business Office Supervisor promotes a teamwork environment for the office staff. She/he, along with the Quality Manager, and the Clinical Coordinator, collaborates for surgery center processes to promote cost-effective, efficient quality services throughout the surgery center.

• Bachelor of Science in Business preferred.
