Business Development Manager (Entry-level) Package:

Business Development Manager (Entry-level) role:

- Managed interactions between 50-150 potential and existing customers. Focusing on retention with new business generation
- Maintain a high level of engagement and customer satisfaction, building on interaction within your customer base
- Collaborate with your peers across the US and beyond, staying in regular contact with similar industry service professionals in different offices across the states
- Liaise closely with the client services team to streamline management of the customer base
- Provide client feedback to management and share best practice with your peers
- Up and cross sell products and services to your clients while developing company input into client vendor programs
Business Development Manager (Entry-level):
- A full Bachelor’s degree (must have at the time of application)
- Confirmed background check (Criminal / Driving History)
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Commercial acumen
- Excellent persuasion and presentation skills, comfortable in a target driven environment
- Microsoft Application / Sales Force (sales software) input
- Must have the drive (with commission compensation for sales) to perform more than 100 sales tasks per week.
- Travel may be included within 200 miles but not exceed more than 6 business days per month
