About us
Little Oil Company is a small business in Henrico, VA. Our goal is to provide accurate billing for the deliveries we make and set up our vendor invoicing to be paid in a timely manner. .
We are currently searching for a billing clerk to help our team with daily record keeping tasks. The billing clerk will be responsible for processing AR and AP invoices, as well as answering billing-related inquiries from our clients. Our ideal candidate for this position is detail oriented, knowledgeable about office operations and has experience with accounting software.
Responsibilities:
- Receive bills of lading and vendor invoices
- Invoice our AR customers.
- Enter AP invoices due to our suppliers.
- Scan and file documents in the office records.
- Maintain tables in the billing system to aid in accurate billing.
- Review documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Answer customer calls, questions, or complaints.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
