WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE

• Monitor inventory of beverages to ensure adequate stock is maintained and to prevent excess pours or abuse by staff. Requisition purchases as needed.
• Oversee cleanliness of staff and physical bar area, paying special attention to possible health hazards and code violations.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and according to company guidelines.
• Oversee the preparation of beverages and ensure quality of product served.
• Training staff to provide excellent service to patrons.
• Ensure that the bar is well staffed during peak hours.
• Setting and enforcing quality and safety controls.
• A friendly, enthusiastic attitude
• Passion for helping and serving others (both customers and team members)

Requirements

• At least 3 years experience in Management position
• Strong understanding of different types of drinks and cuisine
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Excellent leadership, team building, and management skills
• Ability to meet budgets including labor, food and applicable direct operating costs.
• Excellent communication skills, able to mentor and lead staff and communication with all levels of management
• Excellent in problem solving skills
• ServSafe Alcohol certificate
• SerfSafe Manager certificate
