We are currently seeking an experienced Artisanal Bread Baker to join our team in Pembroke Pines, FL. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality artisanal bread using traditional baking techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Mixing and shaping bread dough by hand
• Operating and maintaining bread ovens
• Creating and maintaining bread starter cultures
• Monitoring dough fermentation and baking times
• Developing and testing new bread recipes
• Ensuring that all bread products meet our high standards of quality
• Maintaining a clean and organized bakery environment

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as a baker in an artisanal bread bakery
• Strong knowledge of traditional bread baking techniques
• Ability to work early morning shifts
• Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes precisely
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
