Crafts Cars in Lisbon Falls has an immediate opening for an Experienced Automotive Service Manager! We're looking for a motivated individual with leadership and communication skills to manage our Service Department.
Service Manager Responsibilities
- Schedule internal inventory for automotive repairs
- Schedule retail customer and warranty repairs
- Monitor and lead experienced Service Department staff
- Order parts and manage parts stock
- Open & Close ROs
- Communicate with sales on internal inventory
Service Manager Requirements
- 3+ years of automotive management experience
- Leadership Skills
- Communication Skills
- Problem Solving Skills
- Proficient with DMS / Repair Quote Software
- Maine State Inspection License a PLUS!
- Maine Driver's License
- Positive attitude and a team player
