Requirements:
- Maintain a balanced drawer
- Assist with scanning documents and other clerical duties as requested
- Keep area neat and clean
- Excellent communication, and customer service skills as well as providing our customers with a friendly environment
- Answer incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate party
- Process customer transactions through calculating bills and processing payments
- CDK experience is a plus
- Previous auto dealership experience is a plus
- Ability to communicate customers' interests, needs and requests to management and sales personnel
- Professional personal appearance
- Strong organizational skills
- Bilingual is a plus
- Weekend and night availability are a must
