Our client is a national-scale luxury multifamily developer-builder with a robust pipeline of projects in the Phoenix, AZ market. They're currently looking to add an Assistant Superintendent to their field team that has experience overseeing back-end trades from drywall through final punch out.

Job Description:

• Ability to walk through, prepare, schedule and supervise punch lists.
• Assist Superintendent in holding jobsite meetings, scheduling updates, managing subcontractors, walk through with inspectors.
• Direct and control the project to ensure timelines are met.
• Cooperate with the owner and representatives as well as architects.
• Works with subcontractors and scheduling in proper work sequence to complete project within the given budget and time frame.
• Maintain good working relationships with inspectors, architects, subcontractors, vendors, and others connected with the jobsite

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience working on ground up multifamily, hospitality, senior living, or student housing projects as an Assistant Superintendent or related position.
• Experience creating and executing punch lists for multifamily construction.
• College degree preferred but not required.
• Experience in field supervision, scheduling, quality control, and production of multifamily projects.
