A healthcare organization in New York City is currently seeking an experienced, licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to join their Outpatient team in Queens as their new Assistant Nurse Manager.

About the Opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Patient Population: Adults

Responsibilities:

The Assistant Nurse Manager, Critical Care will:

• Oversee the daily clinical operations
• Provide clinical education, guidance and support to the Nursing staff
• Coordinate the delivery of safe quality patient care services
• Utilize the nursing process to promote patient centered care
• Perform other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• 3 years of Supervisory experience in an Ambulatory Care, Diagnostic & Treatment Center, and/or Physician’s Office setting
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Previous experience in a Leadership and/or Supervisor role
• Solid assessment, clinical, and documentation skills
• Patient oriented
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized

Desired Skills:

• Master's Degree in Nursing
