WE Care Autism Services is looking for highly qualified, dedicated ABA therapists and RBT’s with extensive knowledge in the use of behavioral analytic techniques to work in home and community settings with children, and young adults ages 1-26 years old. A minimum of one year of experience is preferred, however, training will be provided for the right candidate. Preference will be given to those enrolled in a program in pursuit of acquiring BCBA credentials.

Job description includes:

• In-person 1:1 direct therapy

• Implementation of skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs under the supervision of a BCBA

• Data collection using Central Reach

• Comfortable receiving training and feedback from the BCBA

• Continued communication with BCBA to ensure client is making progress

• Completing treatment notes in a timely manner

• Maintain professionalism with co-workers and families

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
