Our ideal candidate is someone who is thorough, organized, and detail oriented. We are looking for someone who is skilled in administrative duties such as filing orders and communication with vendors. We are looking for a highly motivated and independent candidate who can hold themselves responsible to meet deadlines and organize meetings.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Following up with vendors concerning pending purchase orders
- Holding to a schedule and fulfills commitments
- Obtaining product pricing quotes from vendors
- Resolving purchase order issues
- Communicating skillfully and professionally with vendors and other team members
Qualifications
- Must be a skillful verbal and written communicator
- Must be detail oriented
- Must have proficiency with different computer programs
- Preferably has experience in communication and management
- Additional experience in parts administration is preferred but not required
- Must be able to travel to our location in Basking Ridge, NJ, United States
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
