Raise the Bottom is a busy outpatient substance abuse treatment facility with 3 locations, Boise, Nampa and Pocatello. We are searching for an Addictions Counselor to join our team and work from our Nampa office. The ideal candidate is honest, non-judgmental and has a passion for helping those who suffer from addiction. The Addiction Counselor's primary roles are to conduct patient assessments, create individualized treatment plans, provide individual and group counseling, provide community resources, provide crisis intervention, provide patient education, provide referrals and more! RTB specializes in Medication Assisted Treatment and thus, we utilize Methadone, Suboxone and other medications in conjunction with counseling. We are not an abstinence only substance abuse treatment facility.

We are open 6 days per week and adhere to the following operating hours:

Monday - Friday: 6am - 12pm

Saturday: 7am - 11am (closed currently)

Sunday: Closed

This is a full-time position, counselors are required to work one weekend day per month on a rotating schedule.

The starting wage is $23-$30 per hour, depending upon experience and a weekend differential of 20% is provided for hours worked on Saturdays.

In an effort to recruit counseling staff, Raise the Bottom is also offering a $3,000 hiring bonus to be spread out within 1 year of employment:

Upon completion of 90 days - $500

Upon completion of 6 months - $1,000

Upon completion of 1 year - $1,500

· 11 Paid Federal Holidays, AND

· 0-24 months – 15 days

· 25 – 60 months – 20 days

· 61 – 120 months – 25 days

· 121 months and above – 30 days
