Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership, supervision and motivation for participants in youth sports programs.
• Monitor the facility, organize activities and instruct youth on proper use of equipment.
• You will ensure a safe, positive and fun environment.
• You will provide a quality experience focused on YMCA core values of Honesty, Respect, Responsibility and Caring.

• You have a general understanding of specific sport(s) and the rules.
• You are able to demonstrate a friendly, courteous and professional manner while working with members, parents and staff.
• You have a positive attitude and previous experience with youth and diverse populations.
• Able to complete Child Abuse Prevention training on first day and other online or in-person training as required.

Wage: $15.74 to $17.74 per hour - depending on experience

Hours: Part-Time, Up to 25 hours per week
