Have strong communication skills, follow instructions and time management

Have basic mechanical skills to perform truck maintenance

Pay attention to detail when documenting work

Have physical strength & stamina

Respond to accidents, roadside assistance & other roadside incidents

Safely load & secure vehicles/equipment onto rollbacks or boom trucks

Keep truck clean, organized & in good condition

Have or can obtain TDLR Incident Management Tow Operator License
